The estimated delivery date will be based on a few different factors, including the purchase date (when an order was placed), destination (the customer address), and shipping method (e.g. Express or Standard Delivery). Other factors - such as weekends, bank holidays and inclement weather – may also impact the transit time of your order.

If you have placed an order and have not received any updates, or 3 days have passed since your order date, please let us know. Our team will be happy to help!

If you've ordered multiple items and there are items missing in the first delivery, then the rest of the items will be in the second shipment, which will be delivered the following day.

We accept returns of products in their original condition. They should be unused, and undamaged merchandise (with the exception of intimates, and candles) for a refund within 30 days of receiving the original purchase. We'll take care of the return shipping, and send you a prepaid shipping label. Any custom or personalized products cannot be returned. Returned products must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in 5 business days or less. Refunds can be made in the form of the original payment method or store credit.

Just a couple of reminders:

● If you have chosen to get refunds in the form of store credit, we cannot switch it to your original payment method and vice versa.
● If there are additional items that were unauthorized (or not preselected) when you submitted the return request, they will not be included in the processed refund.
● Items from different orders should be returned separately.
● Requests to refund merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt and will be issued as store credit.
● Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once Raico receives a product return request, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and processing. Once your items have been inspected, expect a refund within 2-3 business days either to the original payment method or in store credit.
